Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received to include the original packaging. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

RETURN SHIPPING is to be paid by the customer


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you received was either incorrect or defective.

Only products purchased at full price via may be returned for a refund. Layday is not liable for goods in transit. Layday recommends that all returns be safely packaged and insured at your cost. All return paperwork must include full name, return address (no PO Box), contact number, email address and proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items.
