This beach is as fun as it is beautiful. Some days the water is calm enough to snorkel- there are lots of reefs and small trenches to explore and so many cool fish to see. When the waves pick up, we like to walk around the rocks, jump into the waves and bodysurf. The sand is sparkly and makes for the perfect tanning day- no matter the water condition. As for any beach, be sure to watch out for currents. They can be particularly strong here, especially when there are waves present. To access the beach, you can park at the “Halona Blowhole Lookout” and walk the short distance down the rocks into the cove.
